Learning to be Independant...

I am nervous for tomorrow. Tomorrow marks my first working day. I shall not say where I am working in case of unneccessary disturbance. The company gave me a probation period of 2 weeks. After which they have to see my performance. If I am good, they will carry on taking me. When it comes to work or study, I will try my very best for that day. My daily grade has always been okay. For the last week, all my 3 modules got A's. I did not go for web multimedia. I know there are going to be a lot of things to be done for the day. As long as i focus, I can do it! Same goes for work.

To survive in this society, we need to learn to be independant. I am really learning. Trying to be strong even when the worst situation arises. Though sometimes it is really hard to handle, I have no choice but to weep in tears. I do not know why. Everytime when I cannot help but to weep, I will feel so so much better. I always tell my dear that after I cry, I will be stronger each day. That is my philosophy.

The aim of me working is actually to secure me a long-term job even when I am schooling or when in search of my field's job after graduation. Other than that is to learn to balance between my studies and work. This is another challange. Like that, my life will be more fulfilling and fruitful. I am getting older and not any younger. Somemore my dear is not young also. Overall, I still need to grow up! It is just a matter of time only.

Bought a cheap tamagochi to play with. Very troublesome! Have to feed it in the middle of the night too. Laughs. Our spectacles is on the way! We both got the same design. Black thick frame. Smiles. Back on Sunday, dear brought me to have a express menicure at West Mall. Costs 10 bucks. I choose pink. First time doing menicure. Quite worth it. Can give it a try. Tomorrow starts work from 1 PM - 9 PM. 8 hours 50 bucks? I wonder if the pay will include the hour for dinner time. Wish me lucks for my first day!

My object orientated programming facilitator told us our Understanding Test 4 grade. I have got a B+. Jumps! This is his comments to close the chapter of year 2 semester 1...

You seem to have acquired better technical knowledge than many of your teammates, and you know when to apply these concepts as well. Today, I think that you did the program by yourself, and you managed to explain it confidently during your team's presentation.

Please continue to work hard, and you must never give-up, no matter how difficult a situation appears to be. Remember that hard-work, and regular practice and revision are important for success in studies.

Concerning your RJ: I know that working and studying at the same time is not easy. But it is an experience that will you build your character, and that will enable you develop many soft-skills that you will never acquire by studying alone. But you must not put too much pressure on yourself. If you are having financial difficulties, please let me know. I can ask the school to so something about it!"

A big thank-you for Mr Ashwin's encourgements! I have no problem with financial at all just for a growing phase.

Sad to say, my database systems facilitator is sick on that day. So, another one takes his place. Still, I got my A. Cheers.

Actually I am quite proud of myself that tomorrow is the second day of holidays and I spent it usefully... Winks. Sad to say it is only a month holiday. More please...
